Hidoku

Remember Hiame? This is her ill-fated teammate.

Name: Amayama Hidoku
Age: Died at age 12

Considered a genius, Hidoku hailed from one of the Amegakure's head families: the Amayama clan. The general consensus of the village is that Hidoku's skills will impress the five Kage, which will in turn boost the status of Amegakure enough to perhaps be considered an equal. Unfortunately, shortly after being raised to chuunin status, the young boy finds himself pitted against a rather skilled Konoha swordsman. Unable to bring himself to kill the other ninja, Hidoku is slain violently before his teammate Hiame's eyes. His death rocks the village greatly and depresses everyone in it, Hiame most of all.
